He is also known to have worked with Michael in the past.
Franklin Clinton is a guy with a difficult fate, growing up without money or parents, and after one of his bad deals went to jail. So now Franklin is striving to get out of the ghetto and change his life. But after meeting Michael, he decides to help him. Whether his life will change after that is up to you.
