In Dota 2 there are categories of items such as: attributes, mystical, magic, general, those that support, weapons, armor and those that are expendable. 

Usually, these can be purchased in stores that are located at the base of teams or in shops that are localized on the side lines of the map. But, there is a place where special items are kept - the secret store. Although the prices here are higher, the items are also different from the usual ones. And they, as we know, are the things you should not spare money for.

Let's start with the items that are expendable.

They may not seem as necessary as the permanent ones, but we argue that the timely purchase of such items can lead a team to victory. Yes, these items are cheaper than the others, but just as useful.

From Animal Courier to Flying Courier

This is quite an interesting item that you can buy without leaving your base. It costs 200 gold and disappears from the inventory as soon as it's activated, after which it appears near the team players. It can be used by each of your teammates. 

Do not spare money to improve it, because after it will be able to fly. It is the courier that determines how successful the game will be at the beginning. 

• During the game the item is called "cura", but not because it looks like a chicken. He can have any appearance. So do not be frightened when you hear the phrase: "up with the cura"

• The most expensive chicken was bought for 38 thousand dollars

Bottle

Allows to improve health rate or save runes to the necessary moment.

How does the item work?

During the attack the third part of the bottle is used, but it's refreshed when the character gets to the fountain. Transferring the artifact, unlike the previous one, is impossible. But, you can use it to heal your team players, saving their lives.

• You can do this by holding down the Ctrl key and selecting the character you want to heal.

• You can put the rune in a bottle simply by walking up to it. And it will automatically be in it

Clarity

Item that provides mana regeneration. Although the artifact costs only 50 gold, it will be useful not for everyone, but only for those who can use it to make the first strike. So don't simply waste your money if you don't need this item.

The heroes who need it include: Juggernaut, Nyx Assassin, and for those characters who can make a stun.

Dust of Appearance

The name speaks for itself. This item is quite rare, but it's a necessity. It makes all invisible characters around visible.

Healing Salve

A regenerating salve. In this kind of salve, you can heal even the most severe wounds. But it's going to take some time for it to take effect. You should get away from your opponent for 10 seconds to have time to renew your health. Most relevant at the beginning of the game. Even the beginner will have a chance to win with it.

Observer and Sentry Ward

One of the most important Observer items in Dota 2. 

• Observer Ward. When you purchase this item, you will get two Observer Wards at once. They increase your vision by 7 minutes. Your overview radius is 1600.

• Sentry Ward. Also has a double charge, but it works for 4 minutes. Important is that the artifact allows you to see invisible units and objects. Although the sight radius is almost half as much, its value is 850. 

Smoke of Deceit

Allows the team to disappear from enemy sight for a certain amount of time and move around the map unnoticed. Unfortunately, you can only buy it three times, at intervals of 12 minutes.

Tango

Sadly, not a dance, but can also improve the player's physical form. Increases his health by 115 for 16 seconds. A nice bonus is that, even during an attack, Tango lasts. Overall, Tango is a magic tree, allowing you to get away from enemies or creeps.

Town Portal Scroll

Most players still consider this item unnecessary, but in vain. Because for 75 gold pieces you'll receive a teleportation scroll, which allows you to get to your team's buildings in six seconds, or less. This is useful when you need to quickly get to a battle site or escape from enemies.
